Refund/Exchange Policy:

At Aiko’s Asian Fabric, we are committed to your satisfaction. 

We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item.  However, you must return them in the same condition in which you received them.  We cannot accept: washed fabrics, fabrics exposed to pet hair, cigarette odors, other odors, etc. 

If you have an incorrect or defective item....  Then please notify us immediately by phone or e-mail.  We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement item once we have received your return and have verified the item back at our store. 

Returns must also be received within 20 days of the shipping date of your order unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 

Patterns, books, kits that include pattern, and magazines, are not returnable because of copyright issues. 

All sales from our clearance categories and end of bolts are final with

NO returns accepted on these items.

We have a shipping table which calculates shipping within the U.S. at the following rates -

If your shipping rate is much more than what it costs us to ship it when we take it to the post office, we will tuck a refund into your package.  Extra shipping helps to cover the costs of shipping materials and transport costs.  We are not trying to make money on shipping, so we do our best to be as close to these estimates as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING:

We accept international orders, but the shipping costs are passed on.  When ordering from outside of the U.S. the following procedure is followed.  The customer will complete the purchase.  The automated shipping costs will be applied.  We will prepare the shipment and take it to the post office for exact shipping costs.  If the costs are very near the automated costs (as they usually are in Canada) then the item will be shipped immediately.  If there are other costs incurred in shipping we will contact the customer with a special shipping cost that is to be charged before we can ship the purchase.
